Wow, only 20 a week? I get 20 a day, and know people who get far more.

I do use SpamCop on some mail, but my primary tool is POP Monitor. Allows
you to view the contents of your mailbox before downloading, and you can set
it up with filters, to sort out or even automatically delete mail that
contains certain words or comes from certain senders, etc. You can even use
the 'Read" button to copy the source code of the email, which you can then
use for online reporting to SpamCop without ever downloading the spam.
