I assume you are joking? It is a very common term used primarily by
programmers meaning that for whatever reason the data on the hard disk
pertaining to the OS has reversed itself. Meaning that all the magnetic 1's
and 0's on the hard disk have switched to 0's and 1's respectively. This
can be very disorienting when it happens in allocation blocks where your OS
extents files reside because it makes your computer reverse all the images
translated to your Monitor as well as other chaos. So if you are trying to
trouble shoot your Dial Up internet connection you have to remember to open
and check the following:

lenaP lortnoC PI\PCT
lenaP lortnoC sseccA etomeR
KlatelppA

Etc.

Most people have a problem wrapping their brains around such a conundrum,
but I'm sure Clark will prevail as his brains are rather malleable.

Every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium
with the surrounding environment, but you humans do not. You move to an
area and you multiply and multiply until every natural resource is consumed.
The only way you can survive is to spread to another area. There is another
organism on this planet that follows the same pattern...do you know what it
is? A virus. --Agent Smith, from the Matrix.
