Well, I figured that, since I needed to partition the drive anyway, I might
as well have one for each OS while I was at it, in case I found later on
that I had to totally trash one of them and start over, the other would
remain untouched.  In the past, I've had the whole drive get totally screwed
up as just one partition, to the point where I had to just wipe the drive
and start all over again.  So, I figured that with partitions, if something
screws up, it would (hopefully) only affect one partition.  Knock on wood,
it's been running like a champ ever since partitioning - something it
wouldn't do before partitioning, as I wasn't aware of the 8 gig rule at the
time.
