I'm running OS 9 on my flatscreen iMac. I have the X OS it came with,
but rarely run it.

Now, thanks to dotMac, I have a version of Virex that apparently only
works in X.

But until now I've been upgrading my earlier version that runs under 9
from the Virex website, but the latest update there is dated 1/10.

Anyone know are they abandoning the earlier versions?
If so, can I boot in X and run the X version and will that protect my OS
9 files as well?
