Jason, from the picture, it appears that your pincushion correction circuitry is failing. It also appears (although this may be an artifact of your camera) that the color convergence is off. I think if the monitor were to be recapped (which is, all of the capacitors, which dry up over time, get replaced), it would take care of the pincushioning and blurry picture. Convergence, however, is a royal PITA to set, and dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. Is the picture blurry like that, or is that because of the camera? Try taking a couple more pictures in a dark room, with the flash off, and with a background desktop image with a text window open (with some text), and I could give a better (although not 100% because I'm not there) diagnosis.
