I have an original Rev A (bondi) iMac with a bad logic board (dead

1) Can I put a 266 or 333MHz logic board/CPU into my Rev A (233)?

Yes, AFAIK. This has been stated several times on this list recently, along with references to real-world experience, and has not been counterindicated.
