Anyway, I've been trying to fax using the OS X fax program. The instructions say that to get a phone number to show up in the fax phone list (in the print dialog box) , you need to put the number in the address book and label it as either a work or home fax number,
I've done that and the phone number doesn't show up. I tried changing it from work to home and back again. I tried adding the area code (it's a local number and doesn't need one), I tried deleting the entry and making a new one. I tried rebooting. Nothing works.
What am I doing wrong? What should I have tried that I didn't think of?
