Install seemed to go okay. I had a problem with my modem connecting,
but when I dropped down the the v.34 version it seems to have fixed
that. The main problem is that the Dock has disappeared! It was there
right after the install, but has now vanished. Since FruitMenu and
ASM no longer work, I've had to put an alias to the Applications
Folder on the desktop. Anyone else have this problem?

I don't know what ASM is, but I'd strongly recommend disabling ANY third-party "haxies" until you get the all-clear from the haxie maker (Unsanity.com has a page up specifically regarding these issues).

As for the Dock, I assume you've checked to be sure you've not just accidentally hidden it? You don't specify.
