Getting things to work in the Terminal demands a fair amount of understanding of the CLI (command line interface), and just small errors can make unwanted results (I am a Unix administrator at work, so I know how bad thing can go, if you type wrong :-)). In any case, I would suggest anyone to use a small application like Safari Enhancer instead of hacking from the Terminal: http://www.lordofthecows.com/safari_enhancer.php The only caution is that you do work on the interiors of an application that Apple didn't want to look that way, and hence can behave odd, especially if you poke around too much.
