I still haven't seen any wmp-file that I couldn't live without. Have you?
I have seen plenty of wmp files that I am glad I saw, though I do wish the quality had been (a lot) better.
If it's the choice between seeing something interesting in poor quality or not at all, I know which one I'd choose!!
