Kris, I've got an old Okidata OL410e/PS that I used for about 8 years 
with my Quadra 630, and since it still works fine, I wanted to use it 
with my new 1Gig SuperDrive eMac - what to do? Bought an Asant�Talk 
Ethernet-LocalTalk bridge, hooked everything up, selected an Apple 
600dpi LaserWriter PPD (or whatever X calls it) file, and now use the 
Oki from both computers. I haven't checked to see what might be missing 
in the way special print features, but then there weren't very many 
anyway. Just seems to work. YMMV
