Is there a DSL Always On type utility for Mac OS X ?

I use a 4 port D-Link and I don't have that problem. It's just always open. Perhaps there is a setting that shuts down the network after a selected amount of time. I would go on to DSL's site and see id I can get some help with resetting the router.
