So, while they're working on that from their end, I called Apple Tech Support, figuring that since my OS X is new, installed by an authorized Apple reseller/dealer, etc, maybe THEY could tell me how to get around 1280, which is a "bad connection reference number" under the data stream protocol drivers <note: I have NO idea what that means>
Lucky me--they told me that since my MACHINE is out of warranty, they can't help me. I tried to explain that it's not the machine, it's the OSX that's giving the printer fits!
So, anyone got a good way to get Apple's attention ,so I can print from X?
