Nope. Deep in the heart of darkest California (or it was until the courts said we were too rural for the rolling blackouts to be used here.) Everything here is on APC back UPs from the computers to the TV/audio equipment and satellite. Really cheap insurance and a great company. We had a lightning strike last summer and one of the APC backUPs was fried. (everything it protected was fine). APC RMA'd it without question.
Great company. No financial interest, yadda, yadda, yadda. Just a very satisfied user .
