Hi, I have a graphite 400dv Imac. my imac has been down for a few months now. It started by freezing up on me. one day it just decided not to start up. when i turn it on i see a file folder icon in the middle of the screen. Inside this folder it flashes alternatly the mac face and a question mark. Also there is a cd in the cd rom that i am not able to remove. many people have said that there is a pinhole that when pushed will release it. i have removed the cd rom completely and cannot find anything like this. Also i have tried the programer button on the side and boot it like that with no use.
