Do you have original veriosn of both Jaguar and Panther, or is Panther an upgrade? I'm no expert on licensing, but I would have thought that since you own a copy of Jaguar and Panther, if Panther is already installed on one of your Macs, there's nothing to stop you installing Jaguar on your intended purchase. It's not as if you are trying to load one copy of Panther on to a shed load of machines. Pete
