Virus in plural is still virus, and there is still no such thing for Mac
OSX. A computer virus is not a computer Trojan. Different names for
different things. 

Apart from Sander Tekelens site, you might want to read John Grubers

I certainly hesitate to be alarmed, as I don't go to Warez-sites or other
off-limits sites, where you would expect this exploit to be present.

But if you do, install RCDefaultApp like John Gruber very competently
explains.
