40gb's are on sale for the weekend and I wanted to upgrade. Also I know it doesn't have anything to do with this particular list but has anyone installed the same drive (7200rpm) in a 5400/180. It will accept an IDE drice but I wasn't sure about the heat issues with this older mac as I am not sure about the above iMac.
