Treo 600 - "send to handheld droplet" - iPhoto

I am trying to send photos from iPhoto to my Treo 600 phone.  I copied 
the instructions below from the Palmone website but I can't find the 
"Send to Handheld Droplet" in my Palm folder.  I have checked the 
Palmone website for updates to the software and it seems I have the 
latest.  Has anyone been able to transfer from iPhoto to the Treo 600?

Send to Handheld Droplet
 The Send to Handheld droplet allows for easy drag-and-drop 
installation of photos and MP3 audio files. Simply drag and drop the 
image or MP3 file onto the Send to Handheld droplet to queue the file 
for installation during the next HotSync(r) operation. The Send to 
Handheld droplet is located in the Applications:Palm folder.  
Installing Photos

 You can drag JPEG and BMP images to the Send to Handheld droplet and 
choose to install them to either the internal memory of your handheld 
or an expansion card. You must have the Palm(tm) Photos application on 
your handheld to then view the images.

Open the Applications folder, and then open the Palm folder. Locate the 
Send to Handheld droplet.

TIP: For convenience, you may want to add the Send to Handheld droplet 
to the Mac OS X Dock by dragging the droplet into the Dock."
