yep thats real easy just go to System
Preferenes:Classic then click on the Start Classic
when you login button for the User account you wish
that to happen on.   You have to do it while logged in
on each one you want it to do that on though.  

Or alternatively you can go to System
Preference:Accounts  then under Startup Items add a
classic application you want to auto launch when that
kid logs in and it will launch classic as well.
