Still, if you've any iMac - even a tray-loading Rev a (so long as you
add at least 128MB RAM to it's base 32 and install a 80GB or larger fast
HD) Panther - 10.3.x - will run very nicely. The important thing is RAM
- max it out and you'll get acceptable speed. If you're having to use
virtual memory a lot on such an old mac under X it will likely be
unacceptably slow for you.
But if you max out RAM and HD space you will have a nice little machine
that will run any OSX email program and more.

I have a 512 MB simm coming from OWC(www.macsales.com), for my 350 MHZ iMac, which currently has 192 MB of ram.
Right now I have the 64 MB that came with the machine in the 1st slot and 128 MB in the 2nd slot. Will I be able to keep the 128 MB when I add the 512 MB? I have seen sites that say my mac can only go up to 512 MB and I have seen sites that say I can go up to 1 GIG.
