Well OWC claims the memory has been tested in my model(blueberry) with the firmware updates, that had caused so many problems with 3rd party ram. So I am hoping it goes ok.
You've got this model <http://www.lowendmac.com/imacs/blue.shtml>? A discussion of various slot-loading iMac upgrades is here <http://www.lowendmac.com/imacs/slot-up.html>. I don't see any mention of trouble upgrading all the way to 1GB RAM. I do know there have been trouble upgrading some _tray-loading_ iMacs - some accept 256MB So-DIMMs, others won't. Very inconsistent and apparently no way to know beforehand.

It would be nice if I could keep the 128 mb too, but if not I will still be happy.
