Carmen, Its great that you're taking an interest, but really, you're too young for a list like this,
Age has nothing to do with it.
Maturity was the word i was looking for but I was tired at the time. Experience also does count a lot. And don't get me wrong, I don't want to have him kicked out of the list, I just don't think it would be a great idea for him to interact with others just yet.

P.S. Carmen, when posting, don't quote the footer that the LEM list adds to the bottom of the posts, we all know what it says and it just annoys people, well, it annoys me, i don't know about others.
