Well, if you meant "Because ALL legal music sold on-line *with the
sanction of the big record labels* has Digital Rights Management (DRM)
built into the file" then that's what you should have written.
We were talking about mainstream music download outlets. It was a
given (and seemingly understood by everyone but you) that things like
some band's website where they have a few MP3s available or a
"giveaway" single on iTMS or Amazon et al wasn't part of the equation.
Sorry you misunderstood.
As for "you should have written it out more fully," I can certainly
cede that doing so would have prevented your misunderstanding, but in
a world of l33t 5p3acc and smileys and barely-literate communication,
you're lucky you get as much as you do from me. Largely spelled
correctly, even! :)
