I would check the web sites of a major manufacturer such as crucial.com and vendors such as Other World Computing (OWC). If they sell a 512 MB for your machine, go for it.

I don't think it can handle that much, but then again according to
apple's spec pages on it, it can only take up to 128 megs of RAM.  I
would say don't bother, because I doubt it can take that much, seeing
as how it should only be 128 max.  But, if I am incorrect, please don't
think ill of me.
