I would check the web sites of a major manufacturer such as crucial.com
and vendors such as Other World Computing (OWC). If they sell a 512 MB
for your machine, go for it.

Hey,
I don't think it can handle that much, but then again according to
apple's spec pages on it, it can only take up to 128 megs of RAM. I
would say don't bother, because I doubt it can take that much, seeing
as how it should only be 128 max. But, if I am incorrect, please don't
think ill of me.

How much ram can I put in my wife's G3-333 imac? It's got 256 meg now.
Can it take one 512 Meg ram module?
Thanks
