Yeah, my cell phone came with Email service, and I was forced to use a 
hotmail account... I signed up, used an odd set of letters and numbers to 
have a reasonably difficult to guess address, and then told NO ONE, not 
even my wife, that I had the email address.

The next day my cell phone beeped to tell me I had new email, and I 
did... spam. I cleared it, and it repeated about every hour for the next 
two days until I called the cell phone company and told them to cancel 
the email service. It wasn't going to do me any good if it was going to 
get regular spam before anyone even knew the address existed.

So yeah, Hotmail definitly shares their userlist with spammers, and does 
so very quickly.
