My bet is harvest, for the To. I use "darm0k" on many many mailing lists, quite a few of which have "unfiltered" archives on the web.
As for who is receiving it... Quite often I get spams from people that have misconfigured the spamming software. So in my attachments folder appears a text file that contains the spammer's address list itself. In addition to having my own email addr in it, it has things like "[email protected]".
