Slot load? Not too hard. Once you have the motherboard cage removed, you will see the CPU daughtercard cage. Remove the cover to that cage, remove the headsink clip, remove the heatsink. Using the heatsink clip as a pry tool, place it under the lip of the CPU Daughtercard (the side towards the middle of the motherboard, the side that does NOT have the two little tabs holding the daughtercard into the cage). Pry the daughtercard up gently. It does take a little bit of force, but not too much. Remove the CPU daughtercard, flip it over, you will see the SODIMM slot. Remove the chip the same as you would remove the top one. To put it back together, align the two tabs on the daughtercard with their slots in the CPU Daughtercard cage. Drop the daughtercard into place, make sure the connectors line up on the card and the motherboard (they are under the card and a little hard to see, but if you look at an angle you should be able to tell), Gently press down on the daughtercard to seat the connectors.
