Click on your startup disk + Accessories + Utilities + Disk Utility.
If it's not there, then if you have an install disk then you can put
it in, click on it, scroll down and double click on Accessories (it
may be Utilities but I am pretty sure it is in Accessories).  Drag and
drop Disk Utility to your startup disk and it will be in place for
future use.
