Indeed it?s seems to be impossible to cover it all in single dissertation.

Now I am working to get focused by doing the following steps:
1) Define the business problem (or the potential business problem):
For example: Maintain and getting new customers will be increasingly
difficult.
2) Define the suspected reasons for the problem.
Driving Traffic Will Be Increasingly Difficult for Web Sites:
-It will be increasingly difficult to provide differentiable
content/services due to the sheer volume of information and products
available.
-As the number of sites increase, it will become increasingly
difficult to be ?found? on the Web.
-Most traditional advertising models result in one-time usage versus
ongoing interaction.
3)Offering solution:
The main problem now is to get some statistical information from companies
that implement the new paradigms.
If someone out there in this great group know about companies that already
using these new marketing strategies and published their results please let
me know.
