I ran into this several version ago with Imail and I believe the classic templates.
However when I went to actually delete the message(s) a message would pop stating something to the effect that the sequence has changed and to refresh the page. Effectively preventing the deletion of the wrong message. Was a pain in the butt on a busy mailbox:-) I would guess it a KWM issue. KWM needs to determine if the file has changed since the last read and handle accordingly. Issue is moot now since KWM and IMail are one and the same. They need to fix it!
