You may have done some sort of work on the IIS machine that serves it? I got
strange results once and just had to reinstall/reregister the dll.

Possibilities without looking at it:

1. You UNchecked the "Ignore IP address in security check" option in IMail
web messaging

2. You changed domains or domain config settings or moved the applet to a
different URL with a different domain, so cookies aren't matching up

3. You changed templates, and the new ones don't have the necessary YGI
code in them
