Maybe the folder is corrupt, try this:
- delete the account
- Stop SMTP and POP3 service
- then go to the directory of thats account (c:\imail\users\***)
- And delete the folder (the folder has the same name that account)
Before of all re-create the account
Have luck!!

Anyone see this problem before?
Customer is using Microsoft Internet Mail and New client software, when they
access their POP account, they get a message downloading x number of
messages. But either fewer or no messages are received. I have had them
uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the software. Deleted their
account and re-created it. Still no luck. They have been customers for a
very long time, but this just started happening. They haven't made any
changes other than reinstalling per our request when the problem started,
and we have not changed any server setups. (We are using IMail 4.06).
Any suggestions..... Thanks.
