Best way is just to do a dig on the IP's, find out where this is coming
from, and email each admin and/or abuse mail and let them handle it. So far
our score card since we started doing this has been 31 UCE's received, 30
positive responses from admins that the account has been terminated. And a
little hate mail from the UCE sender, one threatening lawsuit until they got
the Email from the Washington State Attorney General's office stating they
were under investigation.
Washington has put more teeth in their UCE law making it a crime to send
from WA or send to a WA state resident.
