Looks like you've covered about all I can think of. Web admin is cool, as
are the variations on the multiple-moderator list idea (probably any

Excellent list Anthony!

The only thing I see missing is full web based management. For new list
managers, a text based management via email can be rather intimidating. If
they had a web page to log into to manage their list, it would be wonderful,
IMHO.
