I feel your pain...
But what if you attack an innocent bystander who this guy is using as an
unsuspecting forwarder?
He fires a shot gun, you launch a thermonuclear device,... where does it
lead from there?
Much better to simply scatter the 'net as widely as possible with a filter
so that these messages fall forever more into the bit bucket, and leak out
onto the floor in a gooey mess of oozing purple electrons (they are purple
you know... I've seen them!).
