Sorry Gary, I should have read this more carefully before I replied. Your
idea of multiple submitters to an open private list is in fact my idea
entirely. Ipswitch's original idea was to enable multiple moderators only.
I imagine this sort of thing could be done by dual subscribers lists. A
moderators list, just as you receommend, and a observers list. I'd imagine
that this could be accomplished by having a listadmin subscribe moderators
using their password thereby adding them to the "moderators" list but not
requiring them to use a password to post a message, and everyone else
subscribing (wihtout the password) being added to the observers list and
without an ability to post.
