User4 is a user who must be monitored, so their posts are moderated.
This is a variation on Anthony's "twit" list idea - where only the twit gets

Probably too much to hope for, but I like the idea of
both a "moderated twit" (or "moderated user")
and a "spoofed twit" list - though in my arena I prefer to tell people what
they can do to stay subscribed, and let them sink or swim.
I've been threatened over stuff like that, and I imagine it would be worse
if I were spoofing some of these characters.
Maybe if I had to chose one, I'd prefer to see a "moderated user" added
You think Ipwitch would like to set up temporary a list for listadmins so we
