Ipswitch programmers and staff members are more or less using this list to
monitor our requests, though they don't always respond.  They don't use this
list for technical support (though they do use it to help poor souls from
time to time), they do listen to us.  There is also a BETA list for those of
us who are beta testers.  I have also found that remarkably, they actually
answer email sent to them directly!  Unlike just about every other major
software company, which is another reason why I really cannot leave this
company!  I really like the informal relationship Ipswitch has with us...
sort of a Mom and Pop environment.. or as close as one to come to it these
days.

In any event, I think what we're doing is the right method to get our
requests to them.
