Well, you wouldn't have to use IMAP for that. Cold Fusion could do it all internal
with the use of the database.

I haven't seen the cfx_Imail either but there is an cfx_mail there:

It can do the basic stuff like reading mail,deleting,collecting headers, attachments,
mailbox size.
The one thing missing is to move messages between folders, creating folders, deleting
folders.
I dont know very much about mail (programming) but I guess that one would
have to have an IMAP component to do all the things Imail can do ?
