The easiest way to do this is to isolate the IP addresses or blocks that
your users will be connecting from. If you can do this, go to SMTP Security
and select "Relay mail for" and then add those IP addresses/blocks in the
"Addresses" section. If your users are dialing into other ISPs, they really
should be using their own ISPs SMTP server to send mail.
