You're kind of limited as to what you can do. If you can obtain a list of
what IPs might be calling, you can allow them and disallow everything else.
Otherwise maybe restrict them to web based mail or continue to allow open
relaying(not suggested). POP before SMTP could be an option, but I'm not
aware of the status of that with IMail.
