In this example, what server is Joe using for his SMTP gateway?
If he is using his own gateway (sloth.microsoft.com) or whatever he
should be fine.
When Secured by IP your mail server will accept any mail for any of your
hosted domains, or mail sent from one of the allowed IP's, and any mail
sent through web messaging.
