i am not sure if my experiment apply to this, I tried using an AOL account to connect
to the internet, I cannot login through the AOL browser, however, with the same
connection, I then fire up NN/MSIE, I could login with no problem. Is that something
that was builtin to the AOL browser causing the problem??

problems for several months now. For the last three
weeks these same users have not been able to access
web messaging at all. They always get Login Failed.
Any ideas on how to solve this? Yes, I do have the
ignore source checked in Imail Web Msg Admin.
Judging by the lookup on the affected IP's it appears
that AOL is running users through a proxy. Perhaps
they don't have port 8383 open?
