Just had to "check the box" myself on Monday one of the employees here
wanted to use AOL to get in. She got in OK, and did have the proxy in her
lookup. Maybe it is a specific proxy that is mis-configured. Hey, maybe
you could call AOL and get them to check <g>, probably only take a few
minutes. Are all of these users in the same geographic region?
