What entries are you needing to find? The main thing you
need to know is what your server is using for DNS. Once
you know that, make sure your server has good connectivity to
this DNS server. If your server is not resolving names correctly
use a tool like SamSpade (http://www.samspade.org) and see
if the problem is in the DNS server or in your TCP/IP settings.
