If you're going to take responsibility for DNS operations, you must obtain
the "cricket" book from O'Reilly, "DNS & Bind", 3rd edition. If you're
going to be using MS's DNS server with GUI admin, don't be fooled into
thinking GUI clicking around is DNS mastery. Get the book, even the
O'reilly version for NT BIND & DNS.
www.isc.org has free BIND 8.2.2 for NT and various *nix's, plus tons of
links for DNS.
www.acmebw.com has tons of info, it's "Mr. Cricket" himself site.
www.MenAndMice.com has DNSExpert checking tool, to keep you from shooting
your foot off.
