Has something called service keeper that will monitor and automatically
restart services and notify you via several channels. I do not have
experience with it. It is about 250.00
I would imagine if you were willing to take the security risk, you could
install telnet and then telnet into the server and restart the service via
the command line.
Alternatively, you could write an asp/web page that could call a batch file
on the server to restart the awhost service.
