A couple of thoughts here:
Are the people this is happening to using AOL, or another non-ISP that
changes IP addresses for each web hit? If so, check the Knowledge Base or
manual for the settings to get around this.
Are the people hitting the 12-minute timeout? When enough users are online,
they get timed out after 12 minutes. I believe if you don't have more than
X users online at once, the timeout is longer (an hour?).
Have you checked the W1.... logs to see what it says in there?
Is it possible that the web messaging is crashing, and restarting? If
everyone is kicked out at the same time, that could be the problem.
