Why working around an instable product if there are others on the market?
After reinstalling some customer servers due to pc-anywhere disasters, we
changed to Netsupport PC-Duo as remote control solution. Made very good
experiences. No more incidents (so far).

Okay ... I managed to reboot my server using a tool off the net ... If
anybody comes across a tool for restarting a single service would they
please share ;)
